Orders ship via FedEx, DHL, or EMS depending on destination and package size.
Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
No deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. After the order confirmation email is issued (prior to dispatch), we cannot change or cancel your order, including recipient address or item changes. Please review your details carefully before checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to long absence, refusal of receipt, or insufficient/incorrect address, we will charge the actual round-trip shipping cost and any return handling fees before reshipment or refund (if applicable).
Carrier Selection
Shipments are handled by FedEx, DHL, or EMS. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and package size; customers cannot choose the carrier.
Duties & Taxes
United States: We cover import duties and taxes for U.S. orders. Your parcel will be delivered with no additional fees at delivery.
All other destinations (including Canada): Prices shown do not include taxes. Import duties and taxes may be charged when the shipment arrives in your country, and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Rules vary by country; please contact your local customs office.
EU/UK VAT: Orders shipped to EU member states and the UK are subject to local VAT collected by customs upon import, in addition to any applicable duties.
Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri JST). Peak seasons may add 1–2 days.
- Tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.
